French Style Apartment

I'm designing an apartment building which will feature approx 100-150 duplexes all built in a classical style of architecture. Each will be either French, Georgian, Federal, Greek, Transitional, Traditional, or Colonial. Here are the design plans for the first semi-completed French style apartment.

The plans are almost finished. Still need to choose floors, finish designing the kitchen, pick a color for the dining room and pick out lighting fixtures.

First Floor:
 Second Floor:
 Living Room features 10' ceilings, wall paneling, crown and base moulding, working marble fireplace, wood floors, maple doors, large windows, terrace, tray ceilings, chandelier and wall sconces.

Study/Den/Guest Bedroom: tray ceilings, chandelier, wall sconces, wood floors, maple wall paneling, crown and base moulding, working marble fireplace, bathroom attached, 10' ceiling, 9' tall glass doors lead out to terrace.


Entry Hall: Features wall paneling, 9' ceiling, 8' wood doors, double entry door, double french doors with frosted glass lead to living room, easy access to pantry and kitchen, stairs lead to upper level, crown and base moulding.

Upstairs hallway: wall paneling, crown and base moulding, 9' ceilings, wall sconces, limestone and marble floor.
